Roles We Hire For
- Estimating — Read plans and specs, run material and labor takeoffs, and build accurate bids for residential, commercial and industrial work. A head for numbers and attention to detail matter more than years on the tools.
- Project Management — Own larger jobs from award to close-out: coordinating crews, ordering materials, keeping schedules honest, and driving permits and inspections through to sign-off.
- Warehouse & Inventory — Keep the trucks stocked and the shop in order: receiving deliveries, staging materials for upcoming jobs, and tracking stock and tools so crews are never waiting on parts.
- Accounting — Run the money side: accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, job costing and payroll for a growing contractor. QuickBooks or similar experience is a plus.
- Administrative & Dispatch — The front line: answering calls, judging how urgent a problem really is, and getting the right technician to the right address with the information they need.
Who Tends to Do Well Here
People who stay calm and communicate clearly. A caller with no power and a house full of kids is not going to lead with the details we need, and getting there patiently matters more than getting there fast—and the same steadiness serves just as well over a bid, a budget or a materials order. Comfort with standard office software helps; we will teach the electrical side, and you will pick up more of it than you expect.
Previous experience in a trades, dispatch, estimating or accounting office is a real advantage but not a requirement. Reliability is. Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, out of our Caldwell office.
