How We Handle Your Call
When you call (979) 406-5483 during business hours, you reach our office in Caldwell rather than a call centre. We ask what the problem looks like, when it started, and whether anything has changed recently — a new appliance, a storm, a remodel. That short conversation usually tells us whether you need a scheduled visit or someone out the same day.
If the issue can wait, we book a window that suits you and confirm it before the technician heads out. If it sounds like a safety problem — a burning smell, scorched outlets, a breaker that will not stay set, or exposed conductors — we treat it as urgent and say so on the call. Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and we take after-hours and weekend work by request.
Have your address, a rough description of the panel or fixture involved, and a phone number we can reach during the day. Photos help more than people expect; you are welcome to text or email them to service@ccelectricbcs.com ahead of the visit.
Where We Work
CC Electric, LLC is based in Caldwell and works throughout Brazos and Burleson Counties and the surrounding Brazos Valley — Bryan, College Station, Brenham, Cameron, Franklin, Hearne, Huntsville, Navasota, Rockdale and Somerville among them. If your town is not on that list, call anyway; we cover more ground than the list suggests, and we would rather tell you plainly than have you keep searching.
We handle residential, commercial and industrial work, along with EV charger installation as a Qmerit certified installer. Every job is performed under our Texas electrical contractor licence, TECL #31567, and we pull and manage permits ourselves from filing through final inspection.
