What the Work Looks Like
Our crews move between service calls, panel upgrades, new installations and larger buildouts, so the week rarely looks the same twice. One day is a residential troubleshooting call in Caldwell; the next is running circuits for a commercial tenant in College Station or handling equipment connections at a light industrial site. If you would rather not do the same task every day for a year, this suits.
You will diagnose problems properly rather than swapping parts until something works, explain your findings to customers in plain language, and leave the job neat. We pull permits and see inspections through to approval on every job, so the work you do gets looked at by someone other than us — which is exactly how it should be.
What We Look For
Apprentices, journeymen and master electricians are all welcome to apply. What matters more than the licence level is whether you work safely, show up when you say you will, and treat a customer's home or business the way you would want yours treated. Texas licensing, a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check are expected for field roles.
Experience with older wiring is genuinely useful here. The Brazos Valley has a lot of properties that have been modified repeatedly over decades, and being able to read what previous work actually did is a skill we lean on constantly.
